Unique CD Packaging & Disc Replication - Custom Die Cuts, Special Printing & Materials

We love to make unique cd packaging! Dies are required every time a new shape or cut out is needed. Because we encourage our clients to think outside of the box, we have man, many dies and we make more daily. Sometimes the die is for a custom shape, sometimes it's a cut out like a squiggle of some kind (guitar, bird, person, etc) or a window, and sometimes lettering. Another way we can customize packaging is with special effects printing. Things like foil or emboss //deboss or spot gloss are a lot of fun. We also use special materials and we're not afraid to try new ones. Client favorites are linen, hemp, leather vinyl, and special colored stocks like a cream vintage paper or fiberboard. Each of these material requires special printing techniques. If we haven't tried it, we're happy to journey with you and explore how it is best done.
